Players will not be allowed to play unless the below paperwork is available at sign in.
SCYR and USA Rugby age eligibility rules will be followed.

General rules of play & tournament
Every player is required to wear a mouthguard. No exceptions.
Please ensure you are at the field of play, 10 minutes prior to your scheduled kickoff.
Substitution policy: U8 - U12: Rolling Subs - U14: 3 Subs per Half

In the case of a tie in the championship game, the following will determine the winner
All and any challenges on a rule violation are to be lodged directly to the Tournament Director, Derek Nellmapius.
All decisions by the Director are final.

Roster Size Policy
The tournament is in the CMS so please build your rosters.
We will be checking them at check-in process starting 9:00am, Field 1 (U14), Field 2 (U12), Field 3 (U8/U10).
There will be a certified, neutral referee on each field, for all games.
Referees will be tasked
to first and foremost ensure a safe and secure playing environment for every player on the field, and any circumstance that violates the safety of a player, the referee will be asked to take strong action.
Each team will
be asked to provide a line judge for games they are involved in.
Any issue with
a referee must be reported directly to the Tournament Director, Derek Nellmapius.
Yellow cards will not accumulate from game to game.
There is a zero
tolerance for any abuse of the referee.
A player that is issued a red card will not be allowed to continue in the tournament. Referees will be instructed to only issue Red Cards if absolutely necessary. All red card offences will be reported to SCYR and further sanctions will be at their discretion.
Medical staff will be provided and will have sole discretion to determine if a child is fit to return to the field of play. If a player refuses treatment, the parents or coaches will be required to sign a Refusal of Care Against Medical Advice release. No exceptions.
