ACADEMY CADETS - ELIGIBILITY AND BENEFITS

• Age: 10-18 years old (U12-U18)
• Rugby Club Membership (Any)
• Code of Conduct: sign and abide
• Community Service: complete 2 hrs/month
• Fees: pay the sign-up and monthly fees
• Equipment: bring rugby cleats, mouth guard, running shoes, water bottle
• Rugby Skills
• Strength & Conditioning
• Rugby IQ (Once/Week)
• Game Analysis & Fitness Level Monitoring
• Nutrition Newsletter (2hrs/month)
• Community Service

Accountability

Learn how to take responsibility for your actions and learn from them.

Learn how to play the game as hard as you can but within the laws.
Learn how to be a proud, supportive, and positive team member.
Learn how to be tolerant and accepting of different points of view.

Teamwork

Learn how to set and accomplish goals, individually and as a team.
Learn how to put the team’s goals before your own, and help your teammates accomplish them. Learn how to keep going when you feel like quitting and encouraging others to do the same.
